2.Take the time to sit down and talk things through

When you feel it.This type of approach will work very well, but only if both of you are willing to give it an honest attempt.  However, If they don’t want to, then just move on to the next step.  If they do agree, keep your emotions under control. Make sure you talk about any issues objectively, and make a point not ot bring blame into the discussion.

3.Give your relationship some space

Despite how bad you need to get your ex back again, they may need some breathing space.You have to realize that simply because you want to see them does not mean they are going to feel the same way, and want to see you so soon. Giving yourselves a little time apart can be healthy. It will enable both of you some time to cool down, and also give them some time to start missing you.  If you are always trying to contact them, they won’t be able to start missing you.
